- Personal care items (if opened), unless defective
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Process
Once your return is approved:
- We will arrange a courier pickup or guide you on how to send the product back
- The product will be inspected after return

5. Refund Policy (Cash on Delivery)
Since BuyHaven.pk operates on Cash on Delivery (COD) only:
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after product inspection
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
6. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange:
- We will send a replacement product after receiving and verifying the returned item
- If the product is out of stock, a refund will be offered instead
7. Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs
- If the return is due to customer preference, the buyer may bear shipping charges
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.
